An award winning residential tower located in the Woden Tower Centre in Canberra, Sky Plaza is a is a mixed-use development offering a variety of residential apartment options and commercial shopfront space. The luxury precinct consists of three separate multi storey buildings with one comprising of 20-storeys of apartment living.

Awarded the mechanical services contract for the new construction, Benmax completed work across all three buildings including individual air conditioning systems for each apartment, ducted air conditioning for commercial spaces, ducted carpark exhaust system for underground carpark, and stair pressurisation systems provided for all fire escape stair wells.
