Situated on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin in the high-end Kingston Foreshore precinct, the Azure Apartment complex comprises of 75 luxury units.

Awarded the mechanical services contract for the project by Construction Control, Benmax delivered works for the six-level building with underground basement carpark in 2017. Architecturally designed, the complex offers a wide variety of floor plans including highly efficient small apartments, loft-style double-storey apartments and luxurious double-storey penthouse apartments with extensive terraces.

With the entire project to be delivered in just 56 weeks – from development application to handover – Benmax worked alongside Construction Control to ensure the tight construction programme could be delivered.
