Situated in the prestigious Kingston Foreshore in Canberra’s inner south, the Kinsborough Village precinct is a luxury offering created by an award-winning design and construction team. The premium village provides a diverse mix of dwelling types, as well as small retail outlets providing residents and visitors their own boutique oasis on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin.

Awarded the design and construct contract for mechanical services within the complex, Benmax worked across the six separate buildings completing warehouse residences, luxurious multi-storey terraces, 3,000m2 of mixed-use shopfronts and retail spaces, as well as a diverse range of 1,2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 50m2 to over 185m2.

The unique village was designed to recognise and compliment the history of the area and to meet the environmental considerations expected of high-end boutique living. In this case, solar and battery storage technology and water reduction measures were implemented to provide long term benefits to owners and the community.

The Benmax team successfully completed works and handed over the project in 2019.
