Unlike traditional air-cooled environments, the HyperCube uses single-phase immersion cooling, allowing servers to operate submerged in a thermally conductive dielectric fluid. This radically improves heat dispersion, reduces reliance on mechanical cooling, and allows for denser, more efficient compute configurations. This also meant drawing on Benmax’s expertise in fabrication services and rigorous pressure testing and QA procedures.

The result was a zero-compromise data platform that exceeds traditional air-cooled data centre performance while slashing energy use and carbon output.
